Former Intern Alyssa London

“My internships gave me experience that I was able to build off of and speak about during future interviews. I was able to receive the Udall scholarship in 2011 in part because of my experience through my internship doing research on the benefits of 8a contracting for our tribal communities. Also, when I interviewed for a summer 2011 internship with Microsoft in one of their marketing organizations, I was able to reference my marketing experience gained from working with Nicole Tillotson. I believe prior experience and demonstrated interest in marketing enabled me to be selected as a Microsoft Marketing Intern. I encourage others to apply to get relevant skills and experience to start their careers!”
