2015 Sealaska Intern - Marissa Brakes

Sealaska is pleased to recognize our summer 2015 intern cohort! This year’s applicant pool was extremely competitive and resulted in the hiring of 13 summer interns across the company and our subsidiaries.

“Sealaska’s internship program provides participants professional experience and a closer look at what drives both our strategic planning and daily operational decisions. The intern program is an important capacity building initiative that Sealaska will continue to invest in into the future. The success of the program can be seen through current and past directors and management who have participated in the intern program. I myself am a two-time former Sealaska intern. My time with the investment department helped me realize my passion for finance. As a result of that internship I changed my career to finance and investments. I gained a meaningful professional experience and lifelong friendships,” said Anthony Mallott, president and CEO.
