Sealaska Formalizes New Risk and Compliance Department

In 2014, Sealaska established the Compliance and Risk Management Department. This team is aligning compliance efforts and organizing a risk management program company wide. This is just one example of many structural improvements occurring across Sealaska that will provide long-term benefits. The department’s first step is to identify all current policies and then recommend any needed policies. The department is implementing an Enterprise Risk Management program and updating Sealaska’s Code of Ethics and company policy manual.
