Sealaska is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Sealaska team — please extend a warm welcome to Julie Nyberg, director of Human Resources.
Nyberg brings 20 years of experience and has proven abilities in developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives in alignment with the culture and business objectives of the organization.
She comes to us from Amazon as a global HR leader, managing two global online organizations that generated billions in revenue. Prior to joining Amazon, Nyberg was a senior HR manager at Microsoft and managed a team of HR managers and developed/managed a client organization of 800+ employees across 10 states and 22 countries.
In her new role, Nyberg will lead, develop and implement customized human resource services that will enhance the overall organizational effectiveness while growing human capital in alignment with Sealaska’s strategic plan and leading the HR team.
Nyberg will be based out of the Seattle, Washington, office to help serve the growth that we are creating within our operating entities.
