Each year, Sealaska shareholders elect directors to serve a three-year term on the board. Qualified Sealaska shareholders seeking candidacy as an Independent Nominee on the 2017 Sealaska Corporation proxy card, are required to complete the 2017 Nominee’s packet.

Nominee’s Packet

The deadline for submitting a completed Nominee’s packet to the Office of the Corporate Secretary is March 27, 2017 for those wanting to run as an independent candidate on Sealaska’s proxy.

Shareholder Resolutions

Shareholder Resolutions have to be submitted by Monday, February 27, 2017.

Sealaska Filling Board Slate Vacancy

If you are a Sealaska Shareholder and interested in filling a vacancy on the Board Slate for the 2017 Sealaska Board of Directors election, please forward a statement of interest and resume by February 28, 2017 to the Corporate Secretary at corpsec@sealaska.com

You may also nominate another shareholder by forwarding their name and a brief listing of their qualifications to Sealaska. All documents relating to you or to a separate nominee must be submitted by the Tuesday, February 28, 2017 deadline.

The board will make a selection on Friday, March 31, 2017, in accordance with the Sealaska Bylaws and Statutes that authorize the board of directors to designate a management slate. The shareholder selected to join the Board Slate will be a candidate for election.
