Eligibility

As an active, full-time or part-time employee working at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible for medical benefits on the first of the month following your date of hire. Those who work fewer than 30 weekly hours may qualify for medical benefits after satisfying eligibility requirements based on hours worked.
